2. Visiting the website and hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany); the servers are located in Germany. Our email is also sent via IONOS. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
Each time the site is accessed, IONOS records log data:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file retrieved
- HTTP status code and volume of data transferred
- Browser type and operating system
- Referrer URL (the page visited before)
The purpose is to establish the connection, maintain system security and analyse faults.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).
Retention: IONOS creates these files automatically and keeps them for up to eight weeks; we do not keep a copy of our own. The data is not combined with other sources.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and embeds no analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo or similar). No external fonts, style sheets or scripts are loaded — every resource, including the typefaces, is stored on our own server, so no personal data is transmitted to third parties when you open a page.
Because no information is stored on your device or read from it, no consent is required under § 25 TDDDG (the German implementation of the ePrivacy rules). That is why you will not see a cookie banner on this site.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email (info@movo.media) or through the online contact form on this website, your details (name, email address, subject, message) are processed solely in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
To protect the form against automated abuse, two technical measures are applied. The notification email sent to us includes your IP address (truncated by the last octet) and your browser's user agent. In addition, we limit the number of submissions per connection and hour; for this purpose the server stores a salted, non-reversible hash of your IP address for a maximum of one hour — the IP address itself is not stored.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (answering your enquiry, protection against spam).
Retention: We delete your enquiry no later than three months after the correspondence ends, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example § 257 German Commercial Code, § 147 German Fiscal Code).
5. Encrypted transmission
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Requests made over unencrypted HTTP are redirected automatically to the encrypted address; in addition, we instruct browsers via the HSTS mechanism to use the encrypted connection for all future requests. Data you send us through the contact form therefore cannot be read by third parties in transit.
6. Transfers to third countries
No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Hosting and email are provided by IONOS in Germany; we do not embed any external services on this website.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
